This villa dominates a valley of pines and green oaks. It is part of a small housing complex, very quiet in the middle of the vegetation. Double exposure East/West. Sunny all day long.
Nice airport is 10 minutes away by car, as is the city centre.
Access to the motorway is very quick. Many shops nearby.
The house is on 2 levels:
A garden level including :
A living room of 80m2 with open kitchen fully equipped, dining room, lounge. A bedroom (garden room) en suite with the garden with bed in 160, dressing room, bathroom / shower and a separate toilet.
