Situated in a historical Nice building with a lot of charm, in a small quiet street next to Place Rossetti.
Studio fully renovated with taste and air conditioning, facing south. Excellent Services.
This Studio has all the necessary comfort.
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, hotplates, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils and cutlery.
The dining area consists of a high table and 4 stools.
The living room is equipped with a sofa, a TV with the channels of the Internet Box.
The bedroom on the mezzanine is equipped with a double bed.
The studio is fully air-conditioned and soundproofed with double-glazed windows.
The bathroom includes an Italian shower, hanging toilet, washbasin.
Bed and bath linen is provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee), as well as free WiFi connexion.
The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive in peace. We cannot guarantee that they are sufficient for the duration of your stay. This depends on your personal consumption.
