Description
In the heart of our pretty city of Nice, you will find in our apartment the ideal, cozy & air-conditioned pied-à-terre to enjoy a pleasant stay on the Riviera.
On the 4th floor with elevator of a newly renovated building, the studio is bathed in light but also quite spacious due to an optimized layout. Its ideal location will allow you to easily discover the magnificent views of Nice on foot.
The accommodation is arranged as follows:
- As you enter the apartment, you will find on your left a bathroom with walk-in shower, WC & vanity unit
- On your right is a dressing cupboard so you can store your belongings during your stay
- Then you arrive at the living room composed of a sleeping area with a standard size double bed 140x190, an open kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc... & d a dining area
A set of bed and bath linen is also provided and set up for the stay, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee, tea).
You will also have a free Wi-Fi connection.
The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive with complete peace of mind. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay. It depends on your personal consumption.
Only 200m from tram stations such as Durandy (line 2 from the airport) or Cathédrale Vieille Ville (line 1 from the SNCF station), you will be able to move easily from one side of the city to the other and you will be a stone's throw from the best restaurants & cafes in the city for a successful stay!
