The accommodation has a pleasant balcony in full sun with a nice view.
Upon entering the apartment you will find a small dressing room, followed by a bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet.
The stay consists of:
- an equipped corner kitchen (fridge, hob, integrated extractor, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine)
- a small lounge area with a convertible sofa (quick opening system, 140cm wide), and television
The apartment is air-conditioned and has double glazing.
Close to all shops and transport:
- supermarket at the bottom of the building, bakery and right next to Avenue Jean Médecin for your shopping trips!
- tram line 1 (serving the Gare de Nice Ville): stop Jean Médecin 5min walk
- tram line 2 (directly serving the airport): Durandy stop 6min walk
You will be ideally located to explore the whole city!
- Nice Ville station (to also go to Cannes, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Monaco etc.): 10min on foot (800m)
- Place Masséna and pedestrian zone: 10 min on foot (800m)
