Located on the first floor of a Nice building with a lift, you will be comfortably settled in a tastefully decorated studio where the space is optimised to facilitate your stay in the capital of the Côte d'Azur!
The studio is laid out as follows:
- As you enter, you will find the bathroom door in front of you with a vanity unit, toilet & Italian-style shower
- The living area has an open wardrobe, an open-plan equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster & washing machine
- The living area has a sofa bed that converts to a standard double bed, a Smart TV, and free Wifi connection.
The apartment is located in the heart of the city centre, in the immediate vicinity of all shops, supermarkets & shopping centres.
It is also 8 minutes' walk from Nice-Ville train station, from which you can easily go on day trips to discover the lovely towns & villages of the French Riviera: Menton, Antibes, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Eze, Monaco...
You will also be just a stone's throw from public transport: 4 minutes' walk from the Jean Médecin station on line 1, 7 minutes from the line 2 station connecting Nice airport & port.
