You will be able to move easily with the Tramway, the Buses and the bicycles.
The apartment is quiet, very luminous, in high floor with elevator, exposed South with a terrace, completely redone in nine and well equipped.
Double glazing, Air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen, microwave oven, hob, fridge/freezer.
Tv 4K, Internet Fibre, WIFI.
The living room/kitchen area is south-facing, with a balcony with a table and 2 chairs, where you can have your coffee in the morning.
Fully equipped kitchen: fridge with freezer, microwave, hob, hood.
The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed.
Bathroom with shower, hanging toilet, washbasin, hair dryer.
Bed and bath linen is provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee), as well as free WiFi connexion.
