The apartment is located on the first floor without a lift in a Nice building in a central location in the old town, just steps away from bars/restaurants.
It can accommodate 2 people and consists of a living room with a sofa, TV & free Wifi connection.
The kitchen is fully equipped (hobs, fridge, extractor fan, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker), storage.
Air conditioning is present in the main room and in the bedroom.
The bedroom is equipped with a Queen Size bed & has large storage & a television. It is laid out like a master suite with an open bathroom on the bedroom.
The bathroom is quite narrow, equipped with a vanity unit and a shower. The toilet is in a separate closed room from the living room with the washing machine.
Direct access from the airport by Tramway line 2, the Garibaldi/Le Chateau stop is just a few minutes walk from the apartment.
Bed linen and towels are provided by a professional service, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee).
