This apartment (duplex) is located on the top floor of a bourgeois building with elevator.
It can accommodate 2 persons and is composed of a living room with a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower, a bedroom upstairs with a second separate toilet and a wash-hand basin upstairs.
There is a very nice open air balcony with a bistro table and 2 chairs. Ideal for breakfast or a drink in the evening.
It is also very well equipped: double-glazed windows, fully equipped kitchen (hotplates, fridge, hood, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine), storage space, TV...
The apartment is air-conditioned!
Direct access from Nice airport and the SNCF train station by TRAMWAY, stop JEAN MEDECIN.
Bed and bath linen is provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee), as well as free WiFi connexion.
