In a private and calm courtyard , this beautiful flat is ideal for your holidays in Nice!
You will find a large air-conditioned living room (reversible in heating) with :
- a dining area (a table, two chairs and a bench) and a storage cupboard
- a sitting area with a large sofa, a coffee table and a television with free wifi
- a nice kitchen fully equipped: hotplates, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine
In the hallway are the separate toilets and the bathroom with a large shower, a sink and a washing machine.
The bedroom is at the end of the corridor:
- a 140x190 bed
- a large storage cupboard for your personal belongings
- a fan for the summer and a heater for the winter
Bed and bath linen is provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee), free Wifi internet connection.
The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive in peace. We cannot guarantee that they are sufficient for the duration of your stay. It depends on your personal consumption.
You will be ideally located:
- Vieux Nice: 500m
- Place Garibaldi: 600m
- Place Masséna and Avenue Jean Médecin: 850m
- Le Port : 10min walk
- Promenade des Anglais : 15min walk
Transportation is also nearby:
