Welcome to your cozy Nice pied-à-terre, located just steps away from Garibaldi Square & the Coulée Verte Park, you will enjoy a prime location to explore the Azurean capital on foot.
The apartment has been carefully decorated to offer you optimal comfort for your stay! It is located on the second floor without an elevator in a Nice residential building.
The accommodation is arranged as follows:
- You have a lovely colorful entrance for your first steps in the apartment with storage.
- Then the space opens onto the spacious living area first composed of a fitted kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, induction hobs, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine & everything necessary to prepare your meals!
- The kitchen opens onto a living area consisting of a dining space with a table & chairs, a sofa, an armchair, a Smart TV & free WiFi.
- To bring in more light, a glass partition separates the living room space from the bedroom, allowing the spaces to communicate with each other. The bedroom has a standard double bed size (140x190) and benefits from an adjoining bathroom with shower, sink unit & toilet.
The apartment does not have air conditioning, but an air cooler is available on-site and is visible in the photos for the comfort of your summer stays.
The accommodation is located 5 minutes walking from the Garibaldi line 1 tramway station, which allows you to reach notably the Old Nice or the shopping avenue Jean Médecin. You also have the Garibaldi/Le Château station of line 2 connecting the airport to the port of Nice, 8 minutes walking away.
On foot, Old Nice is only 9 minutes away to explore the colorful streets of the Old Town. To reach the Promenade des Anglais on foot, count between 15 & 20 minutes!
