Description
Welcome to your pied-à-terre for your holidays in Nice close to the city center in the Quartier des Fleurs - Gambetta, this pretty apartment is part of an authentic house in a quiet area. The accommodation is on two levels and is accessible by an outside staircase of about ten steps.
Welcoming and nicely decorated, ideal for a stay with family or couple, the apartment is composed on the first floor of a living room including:
- An open kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer & Nespresso coffee machine in particular,
- A lounge area with TV, free Wi-Fi connection and convertible sofa bed,
- & a dining area
The bathroom with WC and shower is also upstairs. Concerning the bedroom, it is on the lower level, accessible by the staircase from the living room inside the accommodation. It is composed of a double bed, a relaxation area and a storage space with a console table.
Bed and bath linen is provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee). The products at your disposal are welcome products, to allow you to arrive in complete peace of mind. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for the duration of your stay. It depends on your personal consumption.
The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the "Alsace Lorraine" tram stop in the city center, but also a 10-minute walk from the beach and the Promenade des Anglais.
From the airport, all you have to do is take tram line 2 towards Port Lympia, stop at Alsace Lorraine station (less than 25 minutes trip) and then reach the apartment in just 5 minutes on foot.
