This lovely apartment is ideal for a family or couple, with a mezzanine sleeping area in the living room and a separate bedroom.
The apartment is located on the top floor with elevator of a magnificent Palais Bourgeois.

- A lounge area with Tv, free Wifi connection and sofa, a mezzanine with a 140cm double bed

Bed linen and bath towels are provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee). The apartment is a 1-minute walk from the "Alsace Lorraine" streetcar stop in the city center, and a 7-minute walk from the beach and Promenade des Anglais.
Nice-Ville train station is just one kilometer away. From the airport, just take tramway line 2 towards Port Lympia, stop at Alsace Lorraine station (less than 25 minutes' journey) and walk to the apartment in just 1 minute.
