Welcome to our apartment “L’atelier du Corbusier”, a true setting for an atypical & unforgettable stay in the Riviera capital. Fully air-conditioned, spacious & tastefully decorated, a point of honor will be given to your comfort to provide you with an exceptional rental experience.
 
The uniqueness of the “Corbusier workshop” will immerse you in the world of a true esthete, with cutting-edge & eclectic tastes. Furnished as a most exclusive cabinet of curiosities, the apartment has undeniable assets to offer you a quality stay.

Please note that during your stay you will be asked to take off your shoes when entering the apartment to preserve the quality of the woodwork on the floor of this standing place. Slippers will of course be available to you.

Located in the heart of the prestigious Carré d'Or district, a few steps from Place Masséna & Avenue Jean Médecin, the apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator of a Nice building.

It is arranged as follows:

- Upon entering the workshop, the brightness immediately attracts you to the living room on your left, composed of a beautiful lounge/relaxation area decorated with exceptional works & pieces.

- The living room projects onto a dining space once again equipped with explosive and harmonious furnishings with a subtle mix of materials. The open kitchen and its multiple equipment wrap the room in complete elegance, combining the refinement of black marble with the warmth of custom-made wooden furniture. You will have the following equipment: refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle.

- The pleasant brightness of this space is brought in by the large bay window in the center of the room which gives access to a pretty shaded terrace.

- By retracing your steps at the entrance to the apartment you can take the path to the sleeping area serving first of all separate WCs then a suite consisting of an open bathroom with custom-made vanity unit & a walk-in shower ingeniously caulked in part.

- The space opens onto a real cocoon, sober and elegant. The King size bed, wrapped in a custom wooden structure, offers you a view of your choice on a magnificent canvas or, by scrolling it on the wall, on a Smart TV with access to streaming applications & free Wi-Fi connection.

If it turns out that a third person is invited to your stay, the workshop has an annex, Le Cabanon du Corbusier, which has its own entrance and can be reserved at an additional cost (the request must be made when booking, the rates for this annex will then be given to you upon request by the host).

PLEASE NOTE, if the request has not been made and paid before the stay, the « Cabanon du Corbusier » with the second bed for a third person will not be accessible during your stay.

The space is optimized and decorated with decorative pieces chosen with care and refinement to offer you a warm and enveloping travel experience.

You will also have at your disposal a small refrigerator, a small dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker. The studio also has a Smart TV with free WiFi connection.

The sleeping area is made up of a single bed, for a single bed and thus having the ease of moving freely around the accommodation. The adjoining bathroom, uniquely created with high-end materials, is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower, toilet and vanity unit.

The services offered by this atypical property combine a taste for aesthetics with comfort to constitute your place of refuge for a stopover in the city of Nice.

“L’atelier du Corbusier” is located just 200m (2 minutes on foot) from the “Jean Médecin” tram station on line 2 linking the airport & the port of Nice. It benefits from a prime location a stone’s throw from the most beautiful Nice boutiques & numerous cafes/restaurants. The Promenade des Anglais can be reached in just 8 minutes on foot for the sunniest sea bath!
